Service for your success

The SAP® Authorization Concept

The authorization concept of a SAP® system is often very complex in terms of its design. In particular, the access rights in the base are comprehensive, very difficult and can only be checked with a lot of background knowledge due to their sometimes very technical approach and the diverse possibilities. This applies in particular when using SAP NetWeaver®, since the systems used have become more complex and the tasks of basic administration have become more extensive. This is exactly where the services offered by AGM Project & Education GmbH come into play. We work with you to develop relevant concepts and their combination, to check the associated system behaviour with the set authorizations and to create a relevant system report with the corresponding revision documentation. Based on the SAP® data protection guide and / or the SAP® test concept, your system will be adapted to the modern requirements of data and personality protection and it will stand up to every test.

Data Protection in SAP® Systems

Protect your own resource and sleep peacefully! Cases of data theft are becoming known. Meanwhile, there is no longer any profession that has been spared from data theft. Is your company one of them? The data protection officer has the task of ensuring and verifying the observance and implementation of the legal data protection requirements. The prior checks of the SAP® systems and the monitoring of the proper application of the program are particularly challenging within the framework of the BDSG. Controlling the implementation of §9, but also §31 BDSG, sometimes requires deeper knowledge of the security and authorization system of the SAP® systems. But which data protection officer has knowledge of SAP® in order to be able to implement a data protection check in such complex SAP® systems? Why use expensive test software when the basic test is possible while the documents are being studied and simple SAP® tools are used? We coach and accompany your data protection officer, provide test guidelines and carry out the first data protection audits together. At the same time, we give you tips on how to collaborate with works and staff councils and how to conclude company agreements in the SAP® environment. We will discuss the most important test guidelines with you (data protection guidelines DSAG 2008, GDPdU guidelines) etc.

Interface Development

SAP® interface development (e.g. SAP® NonCloud, Cloud, CRM, DATEV®). The SAP® interface here means an offline data interface and an online RFC connection interface between SAP® systems.

Offline Data Interface Development

In the interface development segment, there are options for project development with the Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW). With this standard SAP® application, LSMW projects can be created that take over the data from a third-party system or another SAP® system into a SAP® system (e.g. ERP 6.0) via the data interface. The data transfer procedure can be batch input, call transaction or direct input, depending on the type of data. In addition to this highly standardized process, individual special data transfer programs, e.g. exceed the scope of the LSMW, are developed in ABAP. Furthermore, in practice there is sometimes a need for ABAP programs to prepare third-party data in such a way that it is suitable for reading into the LSMW.

Online Data Interface Development

Here, RFC function modules are programmed in ABAP that allow online data exchange between systems.

Interface Support

Cyclic data transfers can be carried out by AGM Project & Education GmbH as a service for customers on request. Example: monthly data transfer from customer master records, FI documents, or pay slips. The data of the company AGM Project & Education GmbH are safely transferred as a file. We import the data to the target system via LSMW.
