the situation around the corona virus is currently developing rapidly. In addition to the restrictions on public life, public traffic in private educational institutions is being discontinued in all federal states. The AGM is also affected. The company has now responded accordingly to this development.

Our company wants to protect the health of its course participants, employees and customers in the best possible way and at the same time offer everyone optimal support. That is why our company is switching to online training in all federal states for the duration of the crisis. The course participants simply receive the training via “Microsoft Teams” from home. We offer you a virtual classroom that is in no way inferior to classroom training.

Online Training Information

Requirements

The training takes place on the platform "Microsoft Teams". This is a modern communication platform in which the participants take part in the training in real time and live. Internet training, a headset and a webcam are required for online training.

We recommend that participants log in approx. 45 minutes before training in order to test the audio hardware (speakers and microphone) and fine-tune the camera.

Before the training, depending on the content of the course, documents are sent to the desired address (office, home address). Participants will receive the link to the team’s platform by email.

Methodology

Microsoft Teams is a new form of learning and ideal for teamwork. As in a real classroom, participants are in constant dialogue with the trainer in real time. The entire training content of the corresponding module is worked out together.

All information and resources can be accessed and edited by all team members at the same time.

PowerPoint presentations can be used. By sharing screens, documents and programs, common work areas are created. In the existing chat room, there is always the possibility to transparently discuss and communicate with everyone. This means that the participants can ask questions at any time and give the trainer immediate feedback on explanations. The group work is done in separate rooms (channels) and then presented in the virtual classroom. Documents and working materials are easily exchanged via the channels, which have their own file storage.

Exams to be taken must be organized individually. We would be happy to provide you with information about the options and requirements for each request.
